The West Poplar Neighborhood Advisory Committee is a non-profit organization funded by the Office of Housing and Community Development. Our mission is to serve as a liaison between the local government (Councilman Clarke’s office, the Redevelopment Authority, Licenses and Inspections and the Zoning Board of Adjustment), private developers, and the community. We also distribute information about local, state and federal programs that encourage home-ownership and home-maintenance.
